Role:
We are looking for passionate people to work with us as Center Head. This position will be responsible forthe day today activities of the center and will ensure that the center function is organized and efficient and produces operational efficiencies.
Responsibility
- Responsible for entire Centre Operations and managing the team
- Responsible for conversions of inquiries into admissions for preschool and daycare
- Responsible for Profit & Loss of Centre
- Academic Implementation
- Audit classrooms and observe activities
- Staff Retention
- Mentor and coach the team
- Manage staff and ensure policies and procedures are being implemented
- Should be able to ideate events, in-centre, etc. activities for lead generation activities at the centre
- Responsible for executing Outdoor Marketing Campaigns in their territory
- Act as a single point of contact for parents and team
- Engage with parents and ensure effective communication and cooperation
- Visiting existing parentsfor child’s development
- Maintain all documents as per school requirements
